Terms of use
Version of 5 November 2026. This text is under legal review; items marked “to be completed” will be specified. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These terms govern the use of www.bravumrepair.com and the B Repair service, published by 9350-5840 Québec inc., doing business as BRAVUM (“BRAVUM”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
1. The service
B Repair is online software for managing repair shops: device intake, repair tracking, customers, parts stock, customer notifications, tracking portal. It is intended for businesses.
2. Account
- You provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You keep your login details confidential and are responsible for actions taken with your shop's accounts. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- The shop account holder decides who has access and with which role.
3. Your data and your customers' data
The data you enter remains yours. You are responsible for your customers' information: you must have the right to collect it and to send them emails or text messages through the service, and comply with applicable laws (including Québec's Law 25 and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation). BRAVUM processes it on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, send unsolicited messages, try to access another shop's data, circumvent technical limits or harm the operation of the service.
5. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available at all times and backed up daily, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance is done outside usual business hours whenever possible.
6. Suspension and closure
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or endangers the security of the service, after notice except in an emergency. You can close your account at any time; your data is then deleted according to the privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
The software, its interface and the B Repair brand belong to BRAVUM. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your access.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BRAVUM's liability is limited to proven direct damages and does not exceed the amounts paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. BRAVUM is not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit or customers).
9. Changes
We may change these terms; account holders are notified by email at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Competent courts: [TO BE COMPLETED BY HEDI: judicial district, e.g. Montréal].
